MUN is a simulation of the work of the United Nations in which students from all over the world come together to discuss topics of international concern. Prior to the conference students will be assigned a country whose interest they have to represent at the conference. During the simulation students then are active members of the UN institutions such as the Security Council or the Economic and Social Council. Various political topics will be discussed in English and according to UN procedures.

This simulation is a great experience in which you cannot only improve your English skills but gain a deeper understanding of how the United Nations works. A mayor plus is that you will meet many new people from different cities and countries.
